Initial work was classified as "lo-fi R&B to futuristic dance-pop",[4and influenced by electronic, hip-hop, and rock. A lot of her songs touch upon science fiction themes and feminist themes. The singer has released five studio albums. Grimes was born in Vancouver before moving to Montreal. She started her solo career in the late in the 2000s. In 2010, she debuted two albums through Arbutus Records, Geidi Primes (and Halfaxa), respectively. After the signing of 4AD and gaining fame thanks to Visions, her 3rd studio album. Visions contains the singles "Genesis," and "Oblivion", which was nominated for"the" Juno Award of the Canadian Music Industry for Electronic Album of the Years. Art Angels, her fourth studio record, was released in the year 2015. A number of publications have rated it one of the greatest albums. The fifth album, Miss Anthropocene, was made available in the year 2000. In addition to music, Grimes had a voice character in the 2020 adventure role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 and is a judge on the music competition game program Alter Ego. Georges Georges Georges
